Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Claims Management: Assist with progress claims, manage external variations, and oversee cost planning.

  • Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Prepare comprehensive subcontractor packages (defining scopes, procurement, and scheduling), as well as review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.

  • Project Administration: Efficiently administer RFIs, Extensions of Time (EOTs), and project documentation.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication between head contractors, subcontractors, and management.

To Be Successful

To be considered for this role, you will be a career-driven CA who brings:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working with a reputable, recognized Australian head contractor on projects valued at $5M+.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong exposure to head contract structures, with a proven ability to analyze scopes and dissect complex contracts.

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

  • Systems Literacy: Proficiency in industry-standard software—experience with Jobpac, Procore, or CHEOPS will be highly regarded.

  • Attributes: High energy, a natural thirst for challenge, and a collaborative mindset that thrives in both independent and team-driven environments.

Join a resilient, solution-focused team that genuinely enjoys what they do. This builder believes in backing their people with robust internal support, ongoing training, and clear pathways to future leadership.

On offer:

  • Culture: A forward-thinking, supportive company culture.

  • Wellbeing: Comprehensive staff wellbeing programs and extended leave entitlements.

  • Connection: Regular corporate events and team-building days.
